2. Replacement-Only Within 10 Days
We offer replacement only, and no refunds, subject to the following conditions:
- A replacement request must be placed within 10 days of the product’s delivery date.
- Replacement is applicable only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products received.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all tags, accessories, and components.

To qualify for replacement:
- You must provide clear photos or videos showing the defect, damage, or wrong item received.
- The product will be inspected once received; replacement will be approved only after verification.
- asist.in reserves the right to reject replacement requests if the issue does not meet the criteria listed above.
